First interview - 1:1 resume review, talked with a very kind employee about my prior work experience, nothing daunting (On-campus) interview-ee dinner: about 20 other potential employees and current employees, very casual, they are just looking for basic social skills Second interview: behavioral, more in-depth questions regarding previous work experience Third (final) intervew: on-site with 6 other potential hires, day consisted of a brief presentation by a current employee, a technical interview, another personal interview, and lunch.
