Entrevista
There are a total of 3 interviews. First two interviews were on campus if you are recruiting through a university. The final interview is an office visit, which consisted of a presentation and two 1:1 interviews with managers. It appears the company is looking for both a technical skills match and personality fit with the company. Research the company in advance and learn about their company culture and how you might fit with that. They do ask questions such as why consulting and why Accenture.
Durante il colloquio di gruppo è stata fatta una breve presentazione dell'azienda. Successivamente, a seguito dell'autopresentazione dei candidati (6), al gruppo è stato assegnato un compito da svolgere. Il compito non è tecnico, ma finalizzato a valutare la capacità dei singoli di lavorare in team
