There are totally 3 rounds 1.cognitive (elimination round) Technical round (optional) 2.communication 3.HR round Prepare for 1st round other rounds are easy In 1st round questions will be apitude questions
The interview was so general, with all HR questions and didn't seem to be going anywhere and asked just for sake. And all my other friends went through the same thing or worse. I don't think they are even hiring anyone. They just wanna show that their company is expanding even though it isn't! In that case why must you let us go through such rigorous recruitment process!
It was a virtual interview which is mainly focused on behavioral and situation based questions. The questions are most common ...anyone with a bit of preparation can crack the this interview .
