Entrevista
Firstly, There was a resume shortlisting then the company conducted a cognitive & technical assessment. The result was declared after the test and then there is one coding assessment. After again some students were shortlisted. Then communication assessment was conducted and after it, students were shortlisted for interviews.
It was good. I was asked about sdlc life cycle and then concepts in python, DBMS. Finally with 2 levels of coding questions, the interviewer given sufficient time to get answers and understand the logic
Overall the interview was managerial and hr with very few technical questions and mostly focused on projects and behavioural questions. There was one easy question about OOPs and rest focused on projects and basic hr questions. There was also emphasis on the ability to work in a team.
