Summary :Very long and inefficient process
Totally unreachable recruiting team either through phone or email
What happened:
Applies through a staffing agency
Got a call after few weeks
Schedules a telephonic interview on x day.
No call comes on x day. Drops a mail to HR contact. No reply.
Next day call comes. Very simple technical questions.
The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry with a lot of backlog of scheduled interviews.
Gives me a positive feedback and tell HR will get back to you.
After few weeks, out of blue HR calls to discuss about package. Decides on a package.
Few days later, receives a call saying a technical face to face is scheduled. Quite surprised n inform the guy that technical round is done.
He replies saying this is manager round. Anyway goes to office for face to face. And the next surprise. I was took to a phone and "face to face" happens over telephone with a manager sitting in a different block. That was actually ridiculous.
After few days, HR calls again, again negotiate package, couldn't decide on a package. asks for documents and eaf to be filled, Tells hr will get back to me to discuss further about package.
N few days later voila, offer letter is there in my mail box.
HR calls, I tell her package negotiations was still undergoing, how come offer is issued.
But the HR who called me has no idea and I don't know the name of HR who contracted me earlier.
Decides I cannot accept an offer which has not been agreed up on with me, offer rejected.
first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
