They emailed me saying they have a position that match my skill set if im interested then I should send my resume ..After i send my resume they called me right away and ask me to wait for their call next day for initial assesment . The next day they call me again and conduct the interview , After that they told me they will call again .. after 3 days they call again .. dont remember what they ask this time but i think its about my personality . afterwards they told me that they will schedule me for skills interview .. unfortunately I had a sore eyes during that time so I told them that I cannot come in person but they told me its ok they can conduct the interview by phone at lunch so its convenient for me . They did just like that and the interviewer and me talk for about one and a half hour . In the afternoon they called me to said that I pass the skill test and wait for further calls after a week I receive a salary offer from them .. Its quite good considering the salary that i expected so i accept the offer

easy to moderate and good , everything on the resume and the project related requirements were asked , very good experience. prepare well everything mentioned on the resume. prepare the programming language very well with all the concepts liks OOP.
