Thought of applying in Accenture for a lead or technical lead role but the interviewers in Accenture were asking tough questions and overall neutral experience as they did not select me.

Applied online, recruiter reached out pretty soon after and coordinated 3 rounds of interviews very efficiently. One round of technical. One round of behavioral, and lastly one round of behavioral with the director.

Technical , HR and final interview from Manager. The duration between interviews at least for mine was very huge. It was nearly 3 months from first till the last. But I have heard for few it was very short.

Most questions were on the technical skill , against which I applied for. Questions were average. One needs to pass the technical interview to go through rest of the interviews. Post technical was HR. And then nearly after a month was a final interview from a Manager.
