I applied through my school's recruiting site. I had an initial phone interview with a human resources person. She was very positive on the phone and I was sure I was going to hear back from them. Several weeks went by before they called back for an in-person interview. I found out it was because someone had backed out of an offer. I went to the in person interview with one person who was to be my manager. He got a another person in Missouri on the phone and we had the interview. I knew it went well, and later that day a job was offered. I declined the offer because I had a competing job offer on the table which was offering twice the money and a nicer office location.

Group case interview on teams. we had to solve a profitability case in 45 min and present it in 8 min to an associate. We also had to respond to a Q&A. No behavioural questions or technical questions.

Entrevista
The Consulting Development Program (CDP) interview process took roughly 1 month to complete from start to finish. It composed of an inital screening call on the phone. Two weeks later, there was a group case interview with myself, two others, and mid-high level consultant. Finally, a week later, I partook in two back-to-back interviews with Managing Directors at the firm. The first was a technology showcase and scenarios interview, and the second was a behavioral interview.
