There were three interviews. An initial interview where they were informative about the company itself. I walked away feeling as though I didn't say much, but got a call back for another interview that night. I went on to the next interview the next day, and was asked behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I heard back about a week later for an onsight interview. In that interview, I sat in on a presentation about the company and then had two 45 minute behavioral interviews with manager/executives within the company.
