Firstly I completed a cognitive test(quite hard, not enough time to finish) and two tests about two programming languages of my choice. The interviewer in the beginning told me that the tests had 10 questions each,but they had 20. Also, the server collapsed while answering one test, I lost my progress and I had to answer it again the next time. After the tests I had an interview with someone from hr. All the questions were easy and boring. The interviewer was quite rude, always changing everything I said and supposing that I meant the worst possible thing. It is as though they are trying to make you mad, also she criticized my outfit which was completely ok(formal shirt and pants) except that I wasn't wearing a jacket (still too hot) and a tie. The second interview started with redoing the uncompleted test and then I was interviewed by someone from a telecommunications company where they wanted to send me to work. There was only one technical question about databases and some cv questions. He then tried explaining details about the job but he left almost everything unclear without being able to say more. The third interview was with a manager, she was really rude and when the interview was interrupted from someone else by mistake, she started yelling for quite some time in an inappropriate manner. All her questions were already answered in previous interviews so it was completely a waste of time. In the end she told me that they would definitely contact me for an official offer, but the next day I received a mail that they rejected me without stating a reason. In all the interviews there was only one technical question and every time they asked me countless times if I would work 12 hours a day every day and if I was ok if they sent me to any country they wanted.
To sum up, all the interviews were useless,just interrogating you about the same things. 2/3 of the interviewers were rude and sarcastic at times. I applied for a java developer position and they wanted me for a telecommunications company were I found out later that the position didn't have any relevance. I am completely disappointed by their hiring process but I am thankful they rejected me because they only want slaves to work overtime without getting fully paid.
