1. Applied for a Hadoop developer position - recruiter was great but was interviewing for a Big Data Architect position. Although I lacked experience, the recruiter felt I had potential and scheduled an interview.
2. Technical interview was with a senior architect in the ETI; The interviewer was great - made me feel very comfortable and asked me a lot of questions about all the eco system tools. He was looking for someone with experience.
