I had a phone interview with a recruiter who was very nice and helpful. She told me I would be contacted about an on-site interview shortly. It took a lot longer than I had expected to get my date for the next interview. When I did attend the interview it was very brief and I was only asked a few questions. I felt I did not have adequate time to demonstrate my skills nor was I asked enough questions for the interviewers to make a decision on weather I was right for the position. After the interview I never heard back from Accenture to be told if I was successful or not. I sent numerous emails trying to get an answer but after weeks of doing so I assumed I did not get the position. I was very unhappy with the candidate experience and I expected much more from an organisation like Accenture.

It varies, and was 3 rounds of interviews for me. Usually there’s a screening call first, a skill based interview and then a personality interview. All in all, the entire process was completed with a week.
