Phone interview with recruiter, then met team lead in person. Took weeks to actually start the job, because recruiter did not follow up with team lead.
Straight forward interview process with timely feedback. Would recommend for anyone interested in consulting, However atmosphere depends on the team you are on and the client you work with. I would say just study the company and be prepared for questions any question regarding your role.
apply online, wait 3 months to get online test, wait for 2 months to have assessment center including group discussion `(pair with another people) , presentation and 1 to 1 interview , general behaviour question

Entrevista
Applied online and was scheduled for a telephone interview in about 2 weeks. Telephone interview lasted about 50 mins and received a response for the outcome of my interview in 11 days as opposed to the 10 days stated in their email.
