A recruiter reached out to me months after I applied on line, I had forgotten that I applied! Once my resume went through, everything was very quick. I had a quick call with the recruiter who gauged my interest in moving forward with the interviewing process. A few weeks later, I went into the office for three rounds of in-person interviews - one case interview, one behavioral/reviewing resume, and one unstructured. After that, I heard back with an offer the following week.
