The placement was a two day process
1st day we had the apti exam..it was basic aptitude exam conducted by amcat.the questions where easy but time for each question is less.we even can't go to the previous question once answered.so it was tricky that way.
I got shortlisted after the exam.Then we had the hr interview.we were made into a group of 5.every group having 3 girls and 2boys.the interview was a group interview.We were asked some puzzles about our resume.then to talk about yourself.and then he told us to come up with a business plan and how we divide the work among ourselves.the interview went well..they only do it to check if your confident enough.

Three steps interview, HR, technical and HR+Team Lead. Initial questions related to description of previous career steps. Technical questions related to real system analysis. The feedback was not that great.
