After applying online, a recruiter got in touch with me about two months later and conducted a short 20-30 minute phone screen. Afterwards, she set up an interview day with two PCS Leads from my home office. These interviews were mostly skill-based and evaluated my knowledge in financial analysis and project management. I also had to complete a situational/behavioural phone interview with the Accenture HR team (a lady from Atlanta conducted the interview for me) and I was asked some typical behavioural questions using only experiences from the last two years. The whole process from the first call took less than a week until I received an offer.
