Involved only a single technical + HR interview round. Asked basic questions regarding AI and experience in technical support. Also asked behavioral questions. Followed by a typing test where typing speed should be 30 words per min

Just a phone call from the hiring manager. She was really nice and friendly all throughout the call. She emailed to request when she could have the phone interview with her.
