I attended an offline interview for the Trust & Safety role at Accenture. The process started with a self-introduction, followed by questions about why I wanted to join the company. The interviewer asked several behavioral and situational questions to assess how I handle stress, sensitive content, and team situations.

There were also questions about content moderation, types of harmful content, and whether I understood the job role, shift timings, and performance metrics. Towards the end, they asked about current news to check general awareness.

First they'll send you an assessment link, and after selecting or shortlisting in that round, an HR will contact you and arrange the 1st round of the interview where they'll ask basics about you and your academics, and then there will be a 2nd interview panel where they'll question you about the knowledge you have on the role you applied for.
Long wait time outside for a token, and then more waiting inside. Will take a full day from morning 11 am till evening 8 pm at least for the complete process. Filled with aspiring freshers.

Smooth process, the interviewer was good. basically was asked what similarity there is between what I do preciously and in trust and safety and why I was interested in it and what I understand trust and safety is.
