The interview process typically involves application review, initial screening, technical or role-based assessments, multiple interview rounds with HR and managers, evaluation of skills and cultural fit, followed by final selection and offer.
Insgesamt gab es vier Gespräche. Eins mit HR, eins mit HR und Senior Manager und zwei mit Partnern. Sehr professionell und angenehme Gespräche. Die Gespräche liefen über Zoom. Die Zeitspanne war zwischen 30-60 Minuten.
