Program participants are placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. Additionally, besides the on the job placement you will receive training, mentorship, coaching and professional development. Application Timeline: Applications for all locations globally open on September 15, 2024 and close on October 31, 2024 for most locations. Program Duration: Return to Work programs will run for approximately 16 weeks from March 3, 2025 to June 22, 2025. Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years. The two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2025 the program start date.
