"In operation only.....24 days per year. You do not get bank holidays but because you work 4 days a week and 10 hours per day in operations, the 24 days is actually very good. You only need to take 4 days holiday to get 10 days off. As a manager you end up working more than 10 hours per day which you don't get back in lieu so that could be better."
