Applied on campus, had two 30 minute first round interviews. The first was a behavioral with a principal and the second was a case study with a consultant. Both employees were quite friendly and down to earth. Second round was on-site in Princeton, NJ (offer is for New York Office). It consisted of two case studies, a lunch, a behavioral, and a demonstration. The first case was a 90 minute case interview in which I had to prepare for 45 minutes and then present my results/analysis for the next 45 minutes to a manager. The behavioral was with a principle and the second case interview was 45 minutes and with another principal.
