For the internship hiring process, the first round interviews consisted of 2 half hour interviews. One part was behavioral and the other was a case. They were scheduled back to back, with a separate person conducting each one. The people were friendly and pretty easy going during the interviews. The behavioral questions were pretty standard. Nothing too surprising.

The case question was the most difficult part for me. It involved various aspects of introducing a new drug to market, including R&D costs, market sizing, and other points to consider. The interviewer guides you through one step at a time.

3 Rounds of back-to-back interviews, including 2 case interviews and one behavior round. The case interviews include one-hour reading through slides and making recommendations and another one similar to a typical case interview where you go through the framework, brainstorm, and make recommendation at the end
