Entrevista
It was lengthy process, involved a lot of stages, test, case study and final interview, detailed and tough but can make it work if prepared well. Also, the interviewer was very polite and friendly so don't worry. Do a lot of gestimates, puzzles, basic interview questions, and faceprep has good questions for ZS interviews so prepare in advance for them.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then proceeded to another basic case, then two more cases after that and an interview with one of the partners. They were all very kind.

The interview process consists of three rounds, each lasting 30 minutes or so. It includes a behavioral interview to assess fit and two case interviews to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
