Direct Interview Opportunity was given to me & my team as a result of being in India Top 10 Teams in ZS Campus Beats Case Challenge. The Interview process consisted of 2 rounds, both of which were online due to COVID-19. In the first round was the Case Study Round in which first about 40 min time is given to solve given case study & then a 40-45 min interview round is conducted which is focused on the case study & we ave to discuss our solutions in it. The second round was the Fit interview in which my analytical & problem solving skills were tested via guesstimates & puzzles. Also, in the 2nd round it is determined whether I am a good fit for the company or not. Overall the interview process was very good & was conducted very smoothly even in the pandaemic.
