I was referred to this role by a current employee. First meeting with HR, the person did not call at given time. Reached out multiple times, no response. A week later, HR replied with an apology saying 'we received many applications'. Another call was setup and same thing repeats. Finally after two weeks HR called with apologies and an interview was setup after another week. First round - Phone call Technical Interview Interview went well. Technical in-depth data science questions. I followed up 3 weeks after that, did not hear back form HR regarding next steps. After 3 weeks, HR reverted back for time to setup next round. Another no show for next two weeks after multiple follow ups. Finally HR responded saying I am a better fit for another role but that position is filled.

Applied on thier website for Pune location Got a call after 20 days of application from HR. 1dt round : Technical interview taken by Another Associate Consultant. All the basics questions were asked about Deep learning ( They did not really want to ask about ML) LSTM structure vs GRU structure ANN Hyper parameters tuning Bias Variance tradeoff ROC AUC . . . 1st round went well it was bothe side communication and the interviewer was knowledgeable person. 2nd Round : It was with principal consultant , He asked me a case study based questions and wanted different answers for same question. In my case it was a recommendation based question and I Answered them to my level. Then we jumped to discuss ways of analysing Time series data (FFT Analysis to be more specific) 3rd round : With 2 persons as panel and i was given a research paper to study and i was supposed to make a presentation for them on that research paper I did it and the presentation went quite well with two way communication. 4th Round : It was one of the most senior guy from ZS Data science team and he was so humble while asking questions! I was supposed to present one of my previous DS project to them from scratch to how we developed the solution! He asked me about why ZS and wanted to see my Github profile. After 2-3 days the HR called and told me about my selection at ZS Associates! They sent me the draft offer 4 days after it. The process was quite smooth but lengthy , we need to put alot of efforts to make them happy ( I made 2 good presentations ) , you will be tested on technical questions most of the times and how good you can code! I Did not accept the offer because I already had one offer as an consultant from another Non-pharma engineering domain.
