I only went through the first interview and it was so insulting that I did not want to go forward. With 25+ years of experience, questions were asked that would typically be asked of a very low level sourcing manager. It felt like the sourcing manager that was interviewing me ( with much less experience) was following a script with no context applied to me as a unique candidate.
