Interview canceled since they do not do visa/sponsorship. Had spent so much time tailoring my resume and I had all the expertise they needed. I wish they could mention in the job description that they don't sponsor visas. This can save a candidate's time. I don't know if this is for all the roles.

It’s disappointing to learn that they don’t sponsor visas, Especially since it wasn’t mentioned in the job description. Someone had mentioned in one of the Data Analyst reviews saying they don't sponsor. But I thought that role might not be technical. But this role I applied to required technical skills and yet they don't sponsor. It seems like they’re looking to attract a larger applicant pool, perhaps to showcase their popularity, even if that means many candidates may not fit their sponsorship criteria.
