Generic process and questions. Interviewed for a specific Technical Support team, but was moved to interview for a different team, which was no issue at all. The entire process took just over 2 months, which is very long. Over all it was talking to 8 different people.
Only to find out that the role I was interviewing for was no longer being posted in Dublin and moved Costa Rica. To find this out after all the interviews had been completed is quite infuriating.
If a role has been approved for a role, then ripping it away to another region only after all interviews is waste of everyones time. Myself, recruiters, managers, peers, anyone involved in the process

The interview process was a series of interviews from: - HR Screening - Hiring Manager - Potential Peers - Hiring Manager counterparts - Managing Directors The interviews themselves were standard, but it takes a substantial amount of time to go through all which can take several weeks as an applicant gets further along.

Entrevista
Technical, Engaging, got me excited about the company. The team, the people, and the Recruiters walking me through the process were extremely kind and great human beings. The questions were straight forward and not too difficult, the presentations on the company vision were very interesting as well.
