Lots and lots of interviews with a good bit of the team, took a couple of weeks. Also to do a presentation at the end to showcase your skills in front of all the manager and directors/VPs of that division.

Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.
