I applied online through referral at Workday Poland. I took 2 week to schedule my interview. First of all I am totally disappointed by the interviewers.In the beginning I predicted that both people were not in the mood to take my interview. :( No smile and It was like they just woken from sleep to take my interview) m sorry but this is true. Here is how that started. Both gave their introduction in less than 30-40 seconds, No proper greetings and no smile.( suggestion to check interview recording if you have such a process) Never had such experience in past interviews with other Product companies. I am sorry, Workday should work on this. And after that I think the hiring manager asked me "do you have any questions"? In the beginning without asking me anything(which indicated me that they are not in mood to take my interview) - I think as per my experience on the interviews, no one has asked me this question in the first place, sorry I think they were not good candidates to interview as per my experience with other companies interview process in Poland. The Hiring manager was not able to answer the questions which I had asked, about the Workday Product Management Quality process. At least I was not satisfied. My interview was finished in 40 minutes in which most of the questions were not the type of interview. I request you to look through my interview recording. As a company, Workday is a wonderful place to work where you have diversity, value etc. , but this experience was really bad, tbh.
