I had first round with a lady recruiter. She was asking questions in her checklist. Never gave salary or job details. I said I was on maternity leave and intended to resign she cut the call and then I sent mails and rejoined online call and she left . The company discrimination is very clear on ladies who are on maternity Break and want to join the company, is very clear and evident Shame on these global MNC discriminating women in this age also . Better not to join 👎🏿👎🏿
