Contacted by HR for a position I applied to but didn't meet the qualifications for. First round is mostly behavioral mixed with a few situational questions with the hiring manager that went personal experience with tech stack. Onsite was scheduled and was originally planned to meet with 8 people. First interview with the org VP was 15 min late and that staggered the rest of the schedule. Although friendly, the process was unorderly and made it seem like they have never done this before. Bringing a laptop was one of the requests instead of having Workday provide a loaner. This delayed some parts since the candidate shouldn't be assumed to have certain software requirements for the questions already installed on their personal laptop. Also, it was strange that no whiteboard is provided to illustrate thought process. The last interviewer couldn't make it and a red flag was raised when the hiring manager expressed little interest since no questions were posed, making it a one-sided conversation which seemed like a waste of time for both of us. Very unprofessional when management allocates the team's time to interview a candidate that the manager doesn't have interest in, unless they are just looking for someone to fill in the role and carry their tech debt. Overall, the process could've been cleaner and some of the interviewers were nice to talk to. Got HR rejection letter almost 2 weeks later.

Standard behavioral questions about your past experience and how you would handle conflicts or mistakes at work. Questions that looked at your thought process and how you would tackle unseen problems in a regular day at work. Technical side was with their tech stack and a demo to walkthrough certain devops configuration and deployment functionality.
4 rounds of interview with 2 tech rounds one techno managerial round and one senior director round revolving around the technical experience and domain knowledge strongly focusing on kubernetes and scripting

4th round with manager.
2nd,3rd,4th rounds are taken on the same day, it covers all the topics of devops like networking, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS
