This was an interview for the role of 'Senior performance Engineer'. I felt I was probably over qualified for the job; know this in and out,(now that may be a bad thing), Here it how it goes -> * The interviewer, also the hiring manager shows up late, apologized a bit * He turned off his own video camera (while mine was on) . * He went on to speak a couple of minutes about the supposed role at Workday, I proceeded give him an intro. He completely skipped my CV, probably had not read it, I am not sure, then blabbered some silly questions related to mean of response times. I was not sure what he wanted. He went on to give a hard problem from leetcode and went completely silent, not a word, no response to anything. I was probably half way when the "time was up". It took me later another 45 minutes for me solve it on my own. Needed to warn possibility of running into unscrupulous individuals at Workday. Needless to say they never got back after.
