Never heard of Workday before until they came to my campus job fair. Got an email from them for on-campus interview with a hiring manager. Shortly after, I was invited to an on-site interviews. You will be interviewed with 6 different persons but only 3 of them are technicals (very straight forward if you know your stuff). The other 3 are behavioral and see how well you will be fitted within the company. Overall experience is wonderful, and I didn't feel much pressure at all. You'll get hired for sure if one of your interviewers approached you at the social event and talk with you more about your experiences.
