I applied online. I went through a screening with the recruiter. This led to an initial interview with the hiring manager. After this, I was invited to a series of on-site and video interviews. Everyone was very nice and both asked great scenario or experience based questions, or was kind enough to answer some of my questions about the position and/or how the department worked as a whole. Did not get an offer, but feel I received some good feedback for future job hunting.
