The process was way too long and the HR person never explained how it work, I just got an update after wash interview. I had a skype call with the manager which was just a screening followed by another skype call with a potential team member. After that I had 2 onsite interviews which could have been done in 1 go as a panel. Instead I had to talk to people one by one, not to mention that one of the interviewers had never even looked a my CV before. After talking to 6 (!!!!!) different people one by one either through skype or face to face final interview was with the hiring manager. Never again.
