Design session - on the go a topic was given which i was presented with white board and all people asking questions. Don't panic and try to be interactive and you would do fine

Straightforward interview process. 4 rounds: 1. 1x competency based interview with hiring manager 2. 2x competency-based interview with team members 3. 1x Design session with all previous interviewers 4. VIBE check with senior director Very friendly interviewers and no-stress interviews. Great encouragement to think and answer.

Entrevista
There were a total of 4 interviews and they were mostly conversational. Behavioral questions, a few scenarios, and just sharing expectations about the role to see if I was a good fit. They ultimately went with someone else with more product manager experience but I had a really positive experience interviewing overall with a great impression of the company.

Entrevista
I had three rounds of interview. And the first two were good and smooth.
But with the third one something went wrong. It was a design challenge and I was said about it only the day before the interview. Before that I specifically asked the recruiter about what to expect and he told me it would be a usual panel interview.
And after this interview I've never heard anything back from them, even though I sent several follow-up letters.
Super disappointing experience.
