Very disorganized... Apparently, the guy that chose me to go up to the Pleasanton interview didn't communicate with the hiring manager (HM)... So when the HM called me, he just asked me disqualifying questions until he found a reason he could put down on paper to not hire me. Unfortunately, they didn't cancel my trip there (flight and hotel). So when I got there, they scrambled to get someone to interview me. I did get to interview with a few managers and a director. Even though they liked me, they said I didn't have enough "tech" experience.
