For me, the interview was extremely easy. Very generic questions all listed on a paper and read verbatim. Asked me six questions regarding customer service and team management. This will be difficult if you do not think of answers beforehand as the questions will be somewhat similar, however. They asked situational questions about how you complete tasks, like if you do them according to their importance, if you can improvise, and how you took on a leadership role.

Pregunta 1
Name a time where a customer wanted an item but you were out of stock. How did you handle the situation and explain how you went above the expectation of your duty to help them (It was something like that).
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
