From application date, phone interview scheduled within 2 days. It is a preliminary screening phone interview. Scheduled for 30 minutes but only took 10 minutes. Difficulty understanding speech of person conducting the screening. Was told 7-10 business days to hear next steps.

Referred by a recruiting agent. First interview was about 15 minutes of a phone Interview with direct team manager. Straight forward questions towards spreadsheet skills and previous work experiences. Should be quick answering questions.
