While nothing about the job looked relaxing or easy the manager described what accuracy safety and performance meant to the building. While walking back to the break area the manager asked if it looked like a good fit and had me seated while discussing fit ability with I assume is hr. I then had hr sit me down in a room and I saw that I was rated from an online survey from the application process as high on able to perform or be hired column. I was asked to take a urine drug test within 24 hours and two days later called back on when to begin orientation which they have weekly.

The interview is more along the lines of a physical evaluation. That’s really easy. All you do is move a 1lb, 5lb, 10lb and 20lb crate form the ground to a table about 10 feet away for 5 minutes. Other then that just a normal interview.
