Very basic. They really just want to know if you have any prior experience. They typically like to see at least a year of experience. For my position as a team lead, anyway.
Behavioral questions mainly focusing on your managing skills. It was around 30 mins for the interview. I dressed up formal for the round 1 and got through the round 2

Great interview brief to the point and fair thorough description of the job duties and pay they were up front about the hours what I would be doing and it felt like a overall genuine process

I was answering behavioral questions about resolving associate conflicts and prioritizing tasks. I used the STAR method to demonstrate my leadership style, emphasizing customer service. I really enjoyed the interview
