The interview was easy. Answered a few questions and was told to come back for a second interview. I did and was not interviewed. Just signed some paperwork to do background check and drug test. Easier than other places I have interviewed. The pay is non negotiable as they use a pay scale, so experience does not matter. Which really stinks.

When was a time you dealt with a difficult coworker?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
