      Entrevista

The Human Resources manager will call you and offer an interview. Upon your acceptance, the interview will be only a day or two out. There will be three interviews- Interview one will be with HR. Interview two will be with HR and your manager and interview number three will be a panel interview. Panel interviews usually include HR, your manager, and a store manager. Even though the interviewers do their best to make you feel comfortable, it is still extremely nerve wrecking if you're not comfortable with public speaking. My worst fear was the panel interview. After each interview they will call you to set up another one. I remember thinking, ' Yes! I made it past another one. One step closer.' They often ask the same questions during each interview. You can give the same answer from a previous interview or answer differently. The questions consist of customer service. Questions such as- Describe a time when you got a positive result when dealing with a difficult customer? Tell us about a time you went above and beyond expectations? What are the pro/cons of your previous employers? For that particular question, do not slander talk any previous employers. Not only is it rude but it may turn the company away from hiring you because the way you speak about one company will more then likely determine what type of reputation Walmart will be given by you. It is ok to say things like, " I feel they are not customer oriented." Do not use any names. I recall the atmosphere at the interview to be warm and friendly with a touch of mystery. I had worked cashiering jobs before but when I found out that it was for a position in pharmacy, I was horrified. I explained to my manager that I was unfamiliar with pharmacy but she did a great job of boosting my confidence and assuring me that I would do great. You may get a call back as soon as a few hours after your last interview to a few days. This is them taking time to call your references. Once they verify your references, do your background check and pass your drug test, You're in.

      Pregunta 1

The questions were basic. Nothing to be surprised by.

      Pregunta 1

One key question they asked was: “How would you handle a difficult or upset customer?” This helped them assess my communication skills, problem-solving ability, and approach to customer service in real-life situations.
