Really easy took 5 mins tops. Pretty much your standard interview questions. Got the the job right then and there. You can dress business casual you don’t have to go all out. Had orientation the next day.

What was a problem that you had to face and how did you resolve it?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
