Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Walmart (Friendswood, TX) en oct 2008
Entrevista
I applied to Wal-Mart through their website, I got a call a month afterward. I was asked if I still wanted to work at Wal-Mart and if I was available next day for an interview. I was schedule for an interview next day, around 9am. I got there on time and they were running late, I had to wait there until 11am to go inside and get my interview done. I had to talk to three different managers, so I had three interviews in one day. After that I was told to go get my drug test done and come back next day. Next day I went back and got to talk to HR and I was given my ID badge.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
