The interview was a very quick process i feel like they hire pretty much anyone. After working there for a year things might of changed slightly overall they ask a few normal questions nothing horrible.
Asked me about school and things I was involved in, so chill, easiest interview you will ever have. Got offered the position as the guy was showing me the stockrooms...
Normal interview process they have basic situational questions and procedure they use for all interviews assessing your ability to really prioritize task and safety. They pose situational questions in a retail setting and ask what you would do in this situation.
