Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Walmart (Dallas, TX) en abr 2013
Entrevista
For starters, I got an interview because I knew someone who worked there. The odd thing was that they did not call me and let me know that I had an interview. Instead, they told the person I knew about my interview and he was expected to pass the information along. Very unprofessional.
I was a little bit late arriving to the interview and I still had to wait roughly 30 minutes (probably more) before my interview started.
After the interview, some guy came to tell me about the specific position and told me I had the job as long as I took and passed a drug test within 24 hours of the interview.

The worst question was something about handling a hard situation. Not hard for the average person, but at the time, I really hadn't had too many really difficult situations
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
