Questions covered Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KPIs, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, and examples of handling quality issues in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Behavioral questions were also asked to assess teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Overall, the process was professional, organized, and lasted approximately 45-60 minutes.
